Dear Potential Supply Partner:
Thank you for your interest in doing business with Harris. Supply Partners are fundamental to our success since they collectively represent over 50 percent of our costs each year. This is why we focus on finding and cultivating the best supply partners in the world.
We at Harris are continually striving to deliver unmatched benchmark performance in our supply chain. We will do so through mutually rewarding relationships with complimentary Supply Partners who:
- Innovate to create value
- Continuously strive to reduce total costs
- Consistently deliver excellent service
- Meet or exceed our quality and responsiveness requirements, and
- Meet our standards of corporate citizenship.
If you feel your company embodies these characteristics and would like to be considered as a Harris Supply Partner, then you should follow easy online registration process which will guide you through the following steps:
 |
Click on the Register for a Supplier Account button below |
 |
Fill out the online registration form |
 |
Read and accept the Harris Standards For Supply Partners |
 |
Read and accept the NDA/Confidentiality Agreement |
These preliminary steps provide a uniform approach for the introduction of all potential suppliers seeking to do business with Harris, whether you are doing so for the first time, or seeking to expand our relationship across the company.
After we have received your responses and reviewed them, and if we feel that the potential exists for building a mutually rewarding relationship, we will contact you to perform a detailed assessment and certification of your offerings, processes and capabilities. This is the sole process for becoming a Harris Supply Partner. You should note that all of our procurement is exercised in a competitive environment. Submission of these materials and a subsequent certification as a Harris Supply partner does not obligate Harris to request a quote from or buy from you.
Once again, we thank you for your interest in Harris and look forward to the possibility of building a mutually rewarding relationship leading to a more competitive Harris.
Sincerely,
Leon Shivamber
Corporate Vice President, Supply Chain Management and Operations
